Increasing welfare problems within the breed, largely the direct result of indiscriminate and irresponsible commercial breeding, have been the key factor behind the decision to create this new organisation. Working with the informal support of a wonderful group of people linked loosely by the DreamCatcher Message Board, the association have rehomed many unwanted Siberians since the summer of 2006.
