How to Book

• You can reserve your space and pay in instalments for flexibility.
• Stands are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — so early booking is recommended.
Catering Opportunities
Catering spaces at our shows are limited and strictly by invitation only.
If you offer catering and would like to be considered:
Email your brief business details to jacqui@mdsshows.co.uk, and, if your offering aligns with our event needs, we’ll send you a catering pack with full details.
Please be aware that due to high demand (often 20+ enquiries per week), only selected applicants are sent the detailed catering information, and there is no correspondence about unsuccessful applications.
